Educational Benefit Program
Educational Benefits are available to eligible staff members, their spouses, and their dependents.
Eligible employees may receive 100% payment for up to 3 hours (in-state tuition rate) and 50% for all other hours taken. Eligible dependents of employees may receive up to 50% payment for all hours taken. Some exceptions apply. The University’s EAP Program provides employees and their family members with resources for resolving work related and personal problems including: marital, parent-child, substance abuse, stress, and personal budgeting. The program provides free assessment, short-term counseling, and referral services.
Your Employee Assistance Program provides one-on-one confidential support and training.
The University provides generous paid leave time to staff members, including: annual, sick, holiday, jury duty, and bereavement leave.
