Management and Leadership Development
Human Resources is committed to enhancing professional development opportunities for our campus leaders. In 2023, two new leadership development series were launched and existing management programs were updated. The curriculum was shaped by current leadership challenges faced by organizations around the country, UA-specific training needs identified through available UA data, and the direct input of an ad-hoc Leadership Development Curriculum Committee.
