Management and Leadership Development
Human Resources is committed to enhancing professional development opportunities for our campus leaders. In 2023, two new leadership development series were launched and existing management programs were updated. The curriculum was shaped by current leadership challenges faced by organizations around the country, UA-specific training needs identified through available UA data, and the direct input of an ad-hoc Leadership Development Curriculum Committee. Information about the new and updated series, additional course offerings and new resources is described below.
Leadership Development Series
Launched Spring 2023, these new series are intended for high performing individuals who have demonstrated a commitment to enhancing their leadership skills to perform more effectively in their current role, as well as to prepare for future career advancement opportunities. Each series addresses the unique needs of leaders at various levels of our organization.
