Registration for each new series is coordinated via a Call for Nominations from senior leadership.
Front-Line Supervisor Series
- Target Audience: For early-career supervisors managing non-supervisory staff.
- Topics Included but not Limited to: communication, coaching, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, and team development

Next-Level Leader Series
- Target Audience: Intended for managers who have direct supervisory responsibilities for other managers or supervisors.
