Relocation of Staffing Request Approval Form

Effective July 9, the staffing request form will be transitioned from DocuSign to Everest/K2.  On that date, you will no longer be able to submit new requests through the DocuSign process.  All pending requests in DocuSign will continue to be processed.

As a reminder, all requests to recruit and/or fill a position must be submitted through the enhanced Staffing Request Approval process.  This includes faculty, staff, and student positions.  Requests for additional or supplemental pay must also be submitted through the Staffing Request Approval process.  

ACCESSING THE STAFFING REQUEST FORM

1. Log in to www.mybama.ua.edu
2. Click the Employee tab
3. Navigate to the Human Resources section
4. Click the Staffing Request Form link
5. Log in using myBama credentials
