The due date for completed performance reviews to be submitted to Human Resources is June 30. As a reminder, the evaluation period for the 2019-2020 year ran from May 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020.
Forms for completing the performance review process, as well as additional tools and resources may be found under the Performance Management dropdown on the HR website. These resources include a new guide for Conducting a Virtual Annual Review, as well as a new optional electronic process for completing and/or submitting the 2019-2020 evaluations. The new electronic process uses DocuSign to complete evaluation ratings and comments, as well as to capture signatures of the employee, the evaluating supervisor, and the next-level supervisor. Once the process is complete, the electronic form is automatically submitted to Human Resources.
