What is Employee Learning Week?
Sponsored by the Association for Talent Development, Employee Learning Week is an annual awareness campaign highlighting the important connection between continuous learning and organizational development. The annual campaign is the first week of December, but we are celebrating Employee Learning all month!
To promote this annual campaign, HR Learning & Development is collaborating with key campus partners to encourage employees to explore the wide range of resources available to support both individual and organizational success. New workshops and facilitators, engaging activities, a sneak peek at 2026 offerings, and “fun” (Merch, Bling, Surprises) will add to each learning experience.

How Do I Participate?
- Explore the new Learning Hub for online and in person resources to help you Learn, Develop and Grow!
- Recognize a Champion of Learning! by 5:00 p.m., Friday, December 19th. We will surprise them in January 2026.
- Join Wellness & Work-Life for Holiday Reset activities December 8 – 12 to feel happier, healthier and more connected!
- Link to the Five Paths to Leadership Self-Assessment on the Academic Impressions website.
- Invest time to Share Your Feedback on the learning experiences you’d like to see in 2026. As we continue to support your journey to Learn, Develop, and Grow, your input helps shape meaningful opportunities that meet your needs and goals.
