Reclassifications and New Positions

As a reminder, due to the potential impact on the budgeting process all requests to reclassify current staff positions will be suspended through September 30, 2020.  All new positions, existing position replacements and reclassification requests are required to go through the heightened approval process.  After the University resumes normal operations, new and replacement positions and reclassifications will continue to be submitted through the heightened approval process.

 

You may submit your approved reclassification requests for currently filled positions, but they will be reviewed on a delayed schedule and will not be effective until October 1, 2020.  HR will continue to review requests that require only a modification to the current position description.  If you have questions, please contact Meghan Royster at 348-5217 or Amy Heatherly at 348-6081.
