New Employee Orientation welcomes new UA employees to campus life by introducing them to the people, places, programs and policies that make The University of Alabama a great place to work!

New employees must attend an orientation session as soon as possible after beginning employment.  Employees with a change in status must attend orientation immediately following the date their job status changes. Enrollment in benefits programs must take place within 30 days of your hire date.

The dates below include: 

     Day 1  General Orientation and Safety Training

     Day 2  Benefits Enrollment

     Day 3  Management Orientation-for those new to a supervisory/management role.

   Faculty Orientation Sessions
