Harassment -- what it IS, what it ISN'T

This program provides participants with guidelines for determining what behavior constitutes harassment.  Topics include inappropriate behaviors and how they could lead to allegations of harassment, and how The University of Alabama serves to support a campus environment conducive to work and learning.  This program will help participants:

  • Define harassment
  • Understand the legal basis of harassment
  • Distinguish between behaviors that may or may not be harassing
  • Identify procedures to help prevent, report, and resolve harassment issues
