REMEMBER: If you must cancel your reservation for a computer class, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This enables us to fill the class with other registrants. Those who fail to cancel as requested will be asked to process a Departmental Transfer for $50 to reserve a space in future classes.

This course is composed of computer-based modules covering Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. Learn at your own pace in the quiet of the computer lab.

Intermediate/Advanced Computer Classes

Network and Computing Support conducts advanced computer classes for staff and faculty in conjunction with HR Development. Schedules and curricula are determined on a semester basis and vary by class popularity and instructor availability. Please read below for additional information regarding intermediate classes.

  • Employees must score 80% on the E-test for E-course to register for classes.
  • Registration for classes and tests is coordinated through HR Development.
  • Employees pre-registering for a class will be assigned to a wait list.
  • Classes will be held in G-54 Rose Administration and A-342 Gordon Palmer.
  • Advanced topics include but are not limited to Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Web Topics.
