Are student employees required to complete the mandated compliance training courses before they begin working?

No. Training Academy account data is populated from Banner. Student and other employees won’t be able to access the assignments until the hiring department completes all of the paperwork necessary to add their information to the payroll/human resources system. Employee data from that system is loaded into Training Academy weekly, typically on Tuesday mornings.
