UA Hiring Departments are encouraged to use the UA Student Recruitment Jobsite to post all available hourly, part-time student employment opportunities. UA faculty and staff may request a user account for the jobsite following the steps below; a valid CWID number and UA Department/Organization number must be provided.

Request a User Account

Go to: http://studentjobs.ua.edu/hr, then click the ‘Request an Account’ link, located right below the login window.

Complete the User Account Request Form: select your department/organization from the drop menu, enter all required information, then click ‘Save’ to submit and confirm your account request.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail and additional information once your request has been approved.

This online job description form is to be used to submit part-time and summer employment opportunities for UA students. If you are interested in recruiting applicants for a full-time position, please contact the UA Career Center. The online job description must be completed in detail and submitted to the UA Office of Student Employment for review. Once approved, jobs will be posted for 30 days or until closed by the employer. While off-campus jobs posted on our jobsite are intended to reach UA students, employers must expect that jobs may be viewable by the general public. Even where web pages offer restricted access, job postings may be conveyed by those with access to others without access.
